FOREX Megadroid was launched by Albert Perrie and John Grace on 31 March 2009 and the buzz around this product launch was almost as big as the FAP Turbo launch last year. According to the creators, FOREX Megadroid uses a new technique called RCPTA (Reverse Correlated Price and Time Analysis) and they guarantee that every single dollar you deposit into your FOREX account will be at least quadrupled.

How Does Forex Megadroid System Work?

Most Forex trading robots work well under certain market conditions, but fail completely when the market changes. I’ve seen many robots that work well when the market is ranging, but then makes massive losses when the market starts trending and visa versa. Even the famous FAP Turbo requires a flat, ranging market to perform well. One of the main points that the creators of FOREX Megadroid are pushing is that it works under ANY market condition.

Another BIG problem with FOREX robots and the Metatrader platform in general is the shady tactics deployed by brokers. It is common knowledge that many Metatrader brokers trade against their clients and together with things like high spreads, offquote errors and slippage it has become almost impossbile for a trading robot to consistently make a profit. Forex Megadroid is the first robot ever to be released with a broker protection or anti-broker mechanism. They have a pledge on the Forex Megadroid Homepage that reads:

“No FOREX Broker In The World Will Ever Know You Are Trading With FOREX MegaDroid, No Forex Broker Will Ever Be Able To Stop FOREX MegaDroid™ From At Least Quadrupling Every Dollar You Deposit …“.

Another thing about this robot is the so called RCPTA (Reverse Correlated Price and Time Analysis) technology, which is supposed to be a new frontier in Artificial Intelligence technology. In my opinion this is just a fancy way to say that FOREX Megadroid uses a very accurate, intuitive system to predict future movements of the currency pair it runs on. The creators of FOREX Megadroid posts trade by trade results of the robot on the Forex Megadroid Homepage and the results certainly look impressive – the account has almost quadrupled already in 2009 and according their recent newsletters they are aiming for a 1000% total return on investment for 2009.

Is Forex Megadroid Profitable?

Forex Megadroid is still very new to the market and its long term profitability is unknown at this stage, but so far the results that we’ve seen has been very impressive. We tested the system over a 2 month period and during this time the robot performed 27 trades for a total profit of 257 pips. The success rate was 100% and all 27 trades were profitable, so their claims of a 95% success certainly does not seem false at this stage.

Conclusions and Recommendations

We have been very impressed with Forex Megadroid so far. The robot seems to perform exactly as advertised on the website and if it continues to performs like this it may soon occupy the number 1 spot on our list of Forex robots. The launch price of $97 is still in place, but there has been a lot of talk about a possible price increase. We’re not sure what the final price will be, but we saw with the FAP Turbo launch that they increased the price from $97 to $149, so if you still want Forex Megadroid for less than $100 then I suggest you move quickly.

In the recent times, there have been quite a few forex auto trading systems that have created a lot of hullabaloo. However, several of them have turned out to be damp squibs, and have helped their patrons lose a big bunch of money.

But one of the most reliable stars in the new crop of forex auto traders has to be Fap Turbo.

When you log onto the Fap Turbo website, you will see that the system is not based on pure speculation, but is in effect a ‘forex trading robot’. By a robot, the founders – Steve, Mike, and Ulrich – mean a wholly stand-alone system which is capable of calculating possible profits based on past and present data; and buys and sells forex based on the amount of freedom the user gives to the robot.

One thing that seems too good to be true on the site’s homepage is the amounts that have purportedly been made by Fap Turbo. There are screen captures that show about $ 2000 made in under ten days – and that too in the same week in which Lehmann Brothers shut shop! There are quite a few more – like $ 300 becoming over $ 1000 in under a week, and so on. But the thousands of people who’ve vouched by Fap Turbo cannot be wrong too!

The surprising thing about the system is the price at which it is being offered. According to the founders, the price for using the robot is $ 399 per month; but in the launch offer, they are giving it away at a one time payment of just $ 149, without any subscription costs or recurring charges – and that is great!

Is Fap Turbo Profitable?

Both the short and long term strategies of Fap Turbo have been very successful so far. The short term strategy hardly ever makes a losing trade and when it does the losses are small. The long term strategy makes much bigger profits than the original Forex Autopilot, but is also safer because of the fixed stop loss parameter and improved trade filters. At first glance the long term strategy of Fap Turbo seems a lot more profitable, but it is important to note that the short term strategy is incredibly safe and has a very high success rate, so it’s a much more conservative strategy. The long term strategy of Fap Turbo has bigger profits, but also bigger drawdowns and ultimately presents more risk. Both strategies have a success rate of roughly 92% so far and there has only been 7 losing trades out of a total of 91.

Along with this, there is also a 60 day money-back guarantee if you are not happy. If you are serious about forex trading, this seems like a good bet.

Conclusions and Recommendations

By September 2009, the Fap Turbo creators already had more than 27,000 customers trading with their system on a daily basis and it has definitely taken over the number 1 spot in the list of top Forex robots from Forex Autopilot. There have been rumours of a price increase to $399 for a while, so I’m not sure for how long the special launch price will still be available.
